Strategically positioned on the corner of Little Lonsdale Street & William Street, the 360sqm site sold under the hammer through CBRE Melbourne after intensive bidding that lasted almost an hour.
As a huge crowd of onlookers and bidders filled the streets, a local investor was the final purchaser buying the property for $8.61 million.
