The final quarter for 2016 has heralded in a number of positive actions for Development Ready. With the Victorian market progressing strongly our aim is to further expand our business into the New South Wales and Queensland markets in particular.

Sydney Office Opening

In response to greater interest from New South Wales agents and our market growth, Development Ready has opened the doors to a new office in the Sydney CBD. This will enable existing & prospective clients to regularly meet with our team members directly and allowing for easier communication as we continue to grow & establish our brand as Australia's leading development site portal.

Bolstering Our Digital Presence

To support the heightened level of demand from new and existing clients, we have bolstered our in-house digital team. Our latest recruit is Simon Dewey. Simon brings on-board an extensive background in digital marketing, further advancing our penetration into new channels that aim to increase our brand presence and target audience site engagement.


With an increasing emphasis on social media, Development Ready develops a greater end user awareness, resulting in the generation of leads, an understanding of the services we facilitate, opportunities we create, and how we interact with the digital world. 


Website Enhancements

The Development Ready website is consistently undergoing review and innovation. One recent enhancement is the inclusion of specific tools above each property listing offering contacts for third-party related services. These currently include town planning and development funding – more services are to come. 


Great New Upgrades to Our Platinum Listing Package

Our Platinum Listing Package is one of our clients most preferred listing options. A recent upgrade now provides new value add inclusions.


Firstly, through our recent partnership with - clients who select our Platinum Listing option will also have their properties featured on the The Urban Developer’s homepage. This extra exposure will attract an additional 35,000+ subscribers and 275,000+ monthly page views.


Additionally, to boast enquiry levels, a self-generated or company-specific media releases can be uploaded to the Development Ready portal and subsequently distributed directly to our growing network of developers and investors.
