In 2019, we took our most daring step yet. We joined with top boutique brand Belle Property, a deliberate choice by both companies to build on and integrate their excellent real estate services.
Belle Property is Australia's premier boutique real estate network, specialising on outstanding customer service and quality outcomes at any price point. It was founded in partnership with the Belle lifestyle magazine.
Hockingstuart entered NSW in 2021, building an office in Nowra, the main seaside town in the Shoalhaven area. Hockingstuart is currently part of a large national network that spans the eastern shore of the country and has 120+ offices under two brands.
