Created to support the real estate industry, Ready Media Group’s Off-Market smartphone application ‘Engage’ is excited to announce that the app is closing in on 1500 members.
Targeted towards Real Estate Agents and Property Developers, the free platform helps users meet and transact off-market development opportunities. Once registered, users are placed into one big community, enabling them to share their property-related content in front of an active audience of like-minded individuals.
Having been designed in the form of a social media platform, the easy to use app allows members to ‘like’, ‘comment’ and direct message other members. Users also have the option to ‘Go live’ and record in front of the whole community.
From sharing Off-Market site offers and site requests to posting about everything development-related, the smartphone app aims to ensure Agents and Developers can easily liaise and connect over development opportunities.
Currently functioning under an ‘auto-follow’ mechanism, all content posted by users can be seen by the entire community, thereby ensuring maximum exposure when posting. Additionally, a weekly eDM is sent out the community featuring the ‘highlighted posts of the week’.
Agents and Developers from all over Australia have taken a likening towards the Engage App.
