Parkland Corner, a 2.033-hectare development site at the entry to the Flagstone Town Centre, has been listed for sale. The site is set to deliver the community’s first mixed-use retail project in one of South East Queensland’s fastest growing regions.
The site sits within the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area, midway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, where more than $120 million has already been committed to infrastructure and planning, including a proposed rail connection to Brisbane’s CBD.
Situated at the corner of Parkland and Flagstonian Drive in the City of Logan, the development site is approved for a staged scheme that would deliver a retail-focused heart for the emerging Flagstone City.
Parkland Corner is offered across two lots. Lot A comprises 9525sqm (including 2,176sqm of easement) and Lot B comprises 10,804sqm (including 684sqm of easement).
JLL’s Liam Cox, Jake Burrowes and Ned McKendry have been appointed to manage the sale in conjunction with CBRE’s John Nucifora, Will Carman and Harrison Coburn.
Mr Cox said the retail fundamentals were compelling, with Flagstone one of the largest designated growth areas in Australia.
“The future population is expected to reach 138,000 people by 2050 and an estimated 51,500 new homes planned for the surrounding area,” he said.
“Flagstone City itself is set to evolve into a vibrant hub with retail laneways, entertainment precincts, business and health centres, and residential communities.
“This is an opportunity to establish the first mixed-use retail development in the town centre and lay the foundations of the city’s retail core.”
Flagstone’s retail spending is currently estimated at $849.6 million and is projected to grow to $4.9 billion by 2046.
Mr Nucifora said the population growth made the timing significant.
“Flagstone is already home to some 10,000 residents and more than 40 families are moving into the area every month. Parkland Corner is uniquely positioned to help define the character of the town centre as that growth takes shape,” he said.
Parkland Corner, Cnr Flagstonian and Parkland Drive, Flagstone is being offered for sale via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing Thursday, 16 October 2025.
