The annual Real Estate Business (REB) Top 50 Agents in Queensland 2021 has been revealed. Michael Kollosche has taken out the top spot for the Gold Coast with the highest total sales volume achieved and was ranked number four overall in Queensland.
The figures revealed Michael Kollosche sold the highest total sales volume of all agents in Queensland with the total value of residential properties sold at $233,903,381, some $72,000,000 ahead of the next ranking Queensland agent.
Special mention has also gone out for three Kollosche agents for making the top five highest average sale price list with Michael Kollosche at $3,600,000, Ryan Ward closely behind at $3,260,000 and Troy Dowker at $3,110,000.
Out of the overall REB Top 50 Agents in Queensland list, four Kollosche agents have been recognised, including Michael Kollosche, ranked at number four, Ryan Ward ranked 17th, Troy Dowker ranked 19th, and Jamie Harrison ranked 27th.
