Local builder Royal Contractors has purchased a development site approved for a new-age boarding house at 28 Longueville Road from a local developer.
The 851sqm site attracted 153 enquiries, generating significant interest from a broad range of local builders and developers, demonstrating the demand for development sites in the tightly held suburb of Lane Cove.
The property was marketed and sold during the Sydney lockdown, exchanging on a short-term settlement shortly after closing the expressions of interest campaign.
Anthony Pirrottina, Demi Carigliano and Cameron Fitzgerald of Knight Frank negotiated the sale.
