Setting a new standard for Brisbane's luxury hotel market, Kimpton will offer approximately 155 unique, design-led rooms and suites, including a marquee suite for celebrities and VIPs. Remaining true to Kimpton’s global reputation around world-class restaurants, this stunning lifestyle hotel will feature a 200-plus-seat signature restaurant and bar on Level 14, a spa with multiple treatment rooms, a fitness centre and 618sqm of multi-purpose meeting and event spaces, all designed to take advantage of Brisbane’s tropical weather.
Kimpton will boast absolute waterfront access and views, including a jaw-dropping infinity pool overlooking the Brisbane River and an open-air Garden Terrace bar. Guests will enjoy incredible vistas on each side of the hotel with sweeping water views, or a spectacular outlook of the Brisbane city skyline.
The Skyring Terrace project marks a significant milestone for Kokoda Property, given the premium status of the Kimpton brand and the high-end allure of Teneriffe, with its higher property prices and reputation for luxury living. The Skyring Terrace project represents the last riverside development in the neighbourhood, regenerating the neighbourhood and reconnecting the Teneriffe community back to the Brisbane river.

Construction is forecast to commence in 2025, with completion scheduled for 2028.
