Development Ready, Australia's only dedicated property platform for permit approved and permit potential development site listings has signed up another big name agency, with leading property group Fletchers Real Estate signing a year long marketing and advertising commitment.
Fletchers Real Estate, a fourth generation family business that has a history spanning over 90 years in the industry, now has some 19 offices across Australia and shares close values with property portal Development Ready.
Founder and Managing Director of Development Ready, Nick Materia started the online property platform just over 18 months ago to link buyers and sellers together in their search for permit approved sites. Development Ready like Fletchers, has grown to meet expanding market demands and a reputation built on integrity and personal customer service.
The marketing campaign will allow all 19 of Fletchers offices across VIC, NSW and QLD to list its client’s development sites on to the Development Ready portal.
This partnership will give Fletchers Real Estate access to Development Ready’s large network of property developers and investors whom are actively seeking permit approved and permit potential development site listings from across the Nation.
Fletchers Real Estate Director, Jason Salan, experienced the benefit of partnering with Development Ready first hand after conducting a trial run. This trial resulted in a spike of qualified enquires and prompted the organisation to ensure it was on the Development Ready platform on a consistent basis.
“After trialing a property in Ringwood, we received over 40 enquiries over both email and phone during a short 3 week campaign. The quality of the enquiry was fantastic. Most were genuine developers and potential buyers; I think this is what sets Development Ready apart from the major portals. The buyers were genuine and there were lots of them. We sold the trial property in Ringwood for a great price to a buyer from Development Ready. We now load all our permit sites in Melbourne to the site.” Said Jason.
The ongoing partnership will continue generating greater enquiry levels and give access to a greater pool of buyers for Fletcher's listings.
