RINGWOOD EAST - $7.34 million
The Corcoris Family have sold their Supa IGA Supermarket in Ringwood East, which they have owned since the 1970s, for $7.34 million.

A private investor who is looking to diversify their portfolio will take over ownership of the 2,100sqm property, which was sold with a 10-year leaseback.

CBRE's Kevin Tong, Joseph Du Rieu and Leon Ma managed the sale.

CAMPBELLFIELD - $2.6 million
A 6,210sqm industrial property along the Metrolink Circuit in Campbellfield, 16km north of Melbourne’s CBD, has been passed on to a private investor for $2.6 million who has announced plans for future development.

JLL's Mario Moscon and Anthony Cannizzaro handled the sale.

CHELTENHAM - $2.15 million
A vacant shop with development approval at 318 Charman Road in Cheltenham, has been sold to a local investor for just over $2 million.

The 372sqm property was sold with approved permits to subdivide into three self-contained tenancies, with a food and beverage premises at the rear and two 96sqm shops at the front.

Teska Carson's George Takis and Fergus Evans and CVA's Daniel Philip and John Nockles sold the commercial property at auction.
 

New South Wales

GOULBURN - $4.8 million
A private investor has snapped up the Goulburn Mechanics Institute building at auction for $4.8 million; a further $1.4 million above the reserve.

The 1,213sqm commercial site was previously held by Geoff and Rosalind Martins, who enlisted Cushman and Wakefield's Ryan Cross and Anthony Bray to handle the auction.

BLACKTOWN - $2.1 million
A leased commercial property at 82 Main Street in Blacktown has gone under the hammer for just over $2 million.

The 171sqm, two storey property was sold to a local investor and marketed with development potential.

Colliers International's Jordan McConnell and John McCann handled the auction.

BRISBANE - $5.5 million
Two side-by-side Brisbane stores, at 62-66 Abbotsford Road Bowen Hills, have been picked up for a combined $5.5 million by cycling business 99 Bikes. The new owners plan to combine the stores into one 1,662sqm superstore, replacing their Fortitude Valley and Windsor stores.

Savills' Gregory Woods and Daniel Pepper managed the off-market transaction.

BRENDALE - $4.27 million
A freestanding showroom/warehouse, with two current leases to ASX-Listed Ruralco and the Save the Children Foundation, has recently sold to a Brisbane-based private investor for $4.27 million.

The property, at 53 Kremzow Road Brendale, presents a 1,479sqm warehouse on a 3,491sqm corner block and was sold with approval for increased GFA.

JLL Industrial’s Nick Bandiera and Fraser Power handled the sale.

MOOROOKA - $2.2 million
The former hedquarters of Netball Queensland, situated at 210-212 Beaudesert Road, Moorooka, has recently been sold to a private investor for over $2 million.

The new owner of the 687sqm block has announced plans to fully redevelop the space, which was sold vacant.

Ray White's John Dwyer and Jason Hines handled the sale.

BALDIVIS - $1.11 million
A private developer has taken control of five land lots within the new Brightwood Estate, 40 minutes south of Perth in Baldivis, for $1.11 million.

The new owner has announced that the combined properties at 432-436 Solis Boulevard will be used for the development of a childcare centre.

Vend Property's Paul Davison handled the sale.
