30 Storey Residential Tower Proposed for 152 Wharf Street

Leading Queensland and Canberra development company, Morris Property Group have recently submitted an application to build a 30 storey residential tower in Spring Hill, QLD. 

Located at 152 Wharft Street, the permit application boasts 197 apartments and three ground floor retail tenancies.

Project Breakdown

• 48 x one bedroom apartments
• 124 x two bedroom apartments
• 25 x three bedroom apartments

There has also been an allowance made for indoor and outdoor communal spaces, including recreation area features a lap pool, spa, lounge decks, artificial lawn terrace, entertainment area, gym, teppanyaki bar and dining terrace.

The proposal incorporates landscaping, including established trees, and streetscape works.
