Rosenthal Heights, a 5-minute drive from the Warwick township, is an exciting development approved rural land subdivision set to bolster the regional south-eastern Queensland district. Rosenthal Heights is an elevated expanse of land just five-minutes’ drive to the Warwick retail centre. Situated in the southern Darling Downs, it is 45 minutes from Toowoomba and 140 km south-west of Brisbane. Warwick, an important regional epicentre, lies on the western side of the Great Dividing Range on the Condamine River. It has long been characterised by elegant churches and some grand private schools, giving the centre a certain monumentalism.

The Southern Downs council, which governs the region, has enacted Shaping Southern Downs, which lists increasing the population from approximately 35,000 to 50,000 as one of its main objectives. The region is poised for significant growth, with many investors now realising the potential benefits incurred from the proposed expansion.
