Dominant City Fringe Agents Join C Property QLD
Posted by Development Ready on Sep 25, 2020

Brisbane, QLD: Specialised Commercial Property Sales, Leasing, & Management Agency C Property QLD is excited to grow their successful team with the addition of two new Associate Directors, Sam Callanan & Joe Kennedy. Both Callanan & Kennedy join C Property from previous employer Cushman & Wakefield, where they excelled within the Brisbane fringe Sales market for over 6 years.

Carl Charalambous, Principal of C Property, commented “There is an over supply of commercial agents in Brisbane, with less than 5% genuinely excelling. The challenge for me has always been to identify talent with the aim of bringing them across to C Property where they can unleash & truly prosper. Both Sam & Joe have been on my radar for several years now. I have watched them successfully grow into high performers & establish themselves as dominant agents in a crowded market. I was honoured to have Sam & Joe commit to Associate Director roles at C Property. We have gone from strength to strength with their appointment & I am pumped to work with the boys & watch them further excel.”.

Mr Callanan said “Carl has created a highly successful & well-respected commercial agency business here in Brisbane & we are both extremely excited to partner up with him & the rest of the C Property team”.

Joe further commented “Over the past 6 years, we’ve been able to develop a strong presence in Brisbane’s fringe market. We’re looking forward to continuing to grow that presence at C Property.”
