New South Wales

BOX HILL
Local developer Beau Solare has secured a plot of land in Sydney’s far north-western suburb, Box Hill. The site comes with approved plans for the development of townhouses and was sold for $8.5 million.

The two-hectare site, lies within the NSW Government’s north-west priority land release area and is close to the planned metro station Tallawong.

Richardson & Wrench's Nick Countouris conducted the off-market sale.

MILPERRA
A large infill redevelopment site in Milperra, in Sydney’s south-west, has been sold to the Leda Group for $52 million. Leda secured the 8-hectare site from Lennox Industrial and intends to subdivide the land and build a strata unit development to cater for the growing industrial demand.

The site is conveniently located close to Sydney's future second airport, Badgerys Creek.

"This site was strategically acquired given the significant investment in infrastructure that is planned or currently under way by the government. Most of this investment is happening within south-west Sydney," Leda managing director Rob Ell said.

Colliers International's Gavin Bishop, Malcom Tyson and Sean Thomson made the sale.

KIRRAWEE
1,961sqm development potential site in middle of the Kirrawee retail strip has recently sold for an undisclosed amount to a local developer.

The site enjoys proximity to Kirawee station and is suited to a townhouse development.

JLL’s Leslie Cheng and John Romyn handled the expression of interest campaign.

MORAYFIELD
A 1.3-hectare vacant landholding at 265 Morayfield Road, Morayfield, in Brisbane, has been traded between The Caboolture Sports Club to Synergy Property Partners for $3.9 million.

The 5,450sqm site comes with approved plans that Synergy intends to adjust for a retail and bulky goods centre with nine units.

JLL's Blake Goddard and Sam Byrne managed the expression of interest campaign on behalf of the club.

ALDERLEY
A development approved site at 8 Quarry Road in Alderley, Brisbane, has sold for an undisclosed amount.

The 1,350sqm elevated site was sold with approved permits for 10 townhouses of various sizes; one 2-bedroom, seven 3-bedroom and two 4-bedroom.

Michael Stewert and Lucas Jeffries of McGrath Real Estate handled the sale.

 

Victoria

COLLINGWOOD
A commercial space at 109 Langridge St, Collingwood, has sold for just over $1 million.

The 108sqm property comes with potential to be converted into a multi-level office development.

Beller Commercial’s Liam Rafferty secured the deal.

KNOXFIELD
A 9,480sqm property at 26 Rushdale St in Knoxfield has been sold to a private developer for $4.7 million.

The site was originally a cold storage facility managed by food distribution company PFD Foodservices.

CBRE's David Aiello, Sasan Misaghian and Joe Brzezek, and Gorman Kelly managed the sale.

MALVERN EAST
A 780sqm development approved site in 37 Paxton St Malvern East has sold for $3.015 million to a local investor.

The block of five large units was sold with an approved permit for the development of 10 high-end luxury apartments.

CBRE’s Nathan Mufale, Dylan Kilner and Chao Zhang handled the expression of interest campaign.

BENTLEIGH
An existing family home with development potential at 2 Barry St in Bentleigh, has recently sold for $1.02 million.

The 467sqm site has GRZ 1 zoning and is suited to a townhouse or apartment development.

David Gdanski and Garrick Lim from Hodges Real Estate handled the sale.
