In 1969 Raine & Horne decided to open its first suburban office in Double Bay with real estate doyen Max Raine at the helm. Raine & Horne Double Bay initially operated as a company office before changing to a franchise model.

In 2001, Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach changed hands and ever since, we have been Raine & Horne’s flagship office, winning virtually every significant sales award nationally for the last two decades.
