Founder and Director of PropertyFox, Tim Fox established the commercial real estate office in 2011. Highly respected amongst clients and within the commercial property industry, Tim not only facilitates property transactions but he exceeds client’s expectations by working closely with them to ensure their goals are reached sooner and at a higher level. While residential real estate is often driven by emotion, commercial property is primarily driven by the bottom line and although they are different products, Tim acknowledges the fact that every property is just as important as the next. Priding himself on valuable long term relationships with clients, Tim understands the vital role each commercial transaction has on his client’s businesses and uses this motivation to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved every time. A meticulous professional, Tim works tirelessly to lead clients through a seamless property transaction, gaining client’s respect and importantly maximising results. Equipped with a strategic and analytical mindset, Tim is able to identify unique opportunities for clients and makes a point of proactively engaging with clients if an opportunity aligns with their corporate objectives.
