Noel is one of the Love Real Estate group's longest-serving employees. After completing his HSC, he joined our company as a Property Manager before progressing to Sales Manager. He then went on to become a Branch Manager and is now a Director of the Preston Office. In 1988, he won the REIV Novice Auctioneers Competition Branch and Zone Finals, and in 1997, he was elected Branch President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV). He is a fully licenced estate agent with an Associate Diploma in Real Estate and possesses an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate. Noel grew up in West Preston and later bought his first house in Regent, which has provided him with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the area. His knowledge of northern rural regions, his engagement in the real estate sector, and his dedication to assisting his customers make him an invaluable asset.
