Chris has been in the property industry for over 15 years and is a Director of GJS Property, focusing on special and rental opportunities around Metropolitan Sydney. He has managed property from the Lower North Shore to the Macquarie Park/North Ryde region and the Sydney Olympic Park/Rhodes region, gaining valuable knowledge and skills. He has been quite successful in the business and has a good reputation among his clients and friends. Chris has worked with a number of corporate owners, including Goodman, Dexus, Growthpoint, FDC, Leighton, Future Plus, ISPT, Charter Hall, LBD, Stockland, GPT, and AMP, to ensure that the openings in their portfolios are effectively rented. Chris also devotes a considerable amount of time to working closely with residents to identify pre-rent vacancies around Metropolitan Sydney, negotiating Agreements for Lease and rentals with a specific focus from Macquarie Park to Parramatta. Chris had a lengthy career as a professional tennis player, representing Great Britain in the Davis Cup and European Cup competitions. Chris spent twelve years commentating for the BBC and bringing Sky Sports to their tennis coverage after quitting in 1995. A round of copy and a round of golf are two things he enjoys.
