Ron's face when, on his tenth birthday, he received a camera and went out and shot a full roll of film of various homes in his neighbourhood; he is still photographing houses now! During the 1970s, Ron began his sales career in the engine industry. He began his land occupation in the mid-eighties, and he has continued to work in it since then. In 1994, Ron relocated to Port Macquarie from eastern Victoria, where he continued to work on the farm. Ron and his better wife Belinda purchased Port Macquarie First National in October 2004. Ron continues to successfully record and sell homes. He enjoys assisting people in finding their dream houses and meeting new people along the way. Ron's focus as a Principal is on cultivating a thoughtful and professional outreach team via consistent planning. He's also fully systemizing the office to make it more efficient and to provide better service to his clients. Ron and Belinda have elevated Port Macquarie First National's image and reputation from a small shop office to one of the city's leading institutions. When Ron is not working, he enjoys spending time with Belinda and their dogs, Lucy, Billy, and Lucky, fishing, and travelling. He also enjoys a good wine and a good barbeque with friends. Ron's goals and challenges are to elevate First National Port Macquarie to the number one organisation in the port, as well as to make everyone's land experience the greatest it's ever been.
