For more than 28 years, Andrew Dawkins has mostly worked with high total assets private financial backers, property assets, and designers, with a broad focus on land. Andrew's ability to manage major exchanges is one of his important talents, having worked on a number of high-profile agreements, particularly in trying economic times. This knowledge has resulted in a very successful track record in both venture and development agreements. Andrew had previously worked with CB Richard Ellis, where he held the position of Regional Director for Metropolitan Investments. He was also the Managing Director of the company's South Yarra location. Andrew Dawkins is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and a fully licenced estate agent and auctioneer (REIV). The REIV thought of Andrew when he received the Commercial Salesperson of the Year Award in 2009.
