Tim joined Cushman and Wakefield as Director - NSW Head of Industrial in August 2015, after spending a long period with JLL in their South Sydney office. Tim has over 25 years of experience with transactions and rentals in the current market, as well as over 20 years in the South Sydney market. Tim has extensive expertise working for both large corporations and individual clients in the contemporary, business, and mixed-use areas of South Sydney and the Inner West.
