Guy has more than ten years of property expertise, with a particular focus on the Hotel and Student Accommodation markets, first in the valuation section and then more recently. Guy became a licenced appraiser in April 2011 and held a position of considerable authority in the valuation of lodging and leisure resources until mid-2014, providing valuation and consulting services to a variety of property classes including convenience inns, gaming venues, bars, clubs, inns, travelling parks, and gathering centres. Guy has represented significant authority in the lodging and understudy convenience areas as a Sales expert with a broad base of experience with the deals of bars, inns, inns, and understudy convenience resources since that time. Guy has been actively involved in the growth of the Student Accommodation sector throughout Australia, particularly in Melbourne, where he has performed different locations for a diverse group of senior executives. Guy has worked for Salta Properties (Hotel Indigo - Docklands), Vicinity Centers (Hotel Chadstone - M Gallery by Sofitel), and Century Group (St Regis Melbourne), among others, and has attempted Hotel Management Agreement agreements. Over the course of my career as an agent and appraiser, I've been involved in a number of large transactions and agreements that highlight my knowledge of the inn and recreation.
