Neville Smith

Neville is the Associate Director of Colliers International Townsville's successful Sales and Leasing business, a job he was assigned to January 2015. For a long time, Neville has been the principal transaction and rental head at Colliers International Townsville. His commercial acumen and experience have been recognised as a result of his connections to a variety of well-known and large-scale resources throughout his career. Neville also offers a diverse set of skills to land development, having worked for a North Queensland property development company where he played a key role in the planning and delivery of several commercial and residential developments around Queensland. Having been named an Australian Outstanding Achiever at the Colliers Asia Pacific awards for brilliance in 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2018, Neville established himself as the leading specialist around there during his 12 years in Commercial Real Estate.
