Joseph Lin

Joseph works with the Sydney CBD Investment Services company as the National Director, Asia Markets. He has lately worked with a number of high-profile indigenous and cross-line exchanges in and out of Asia, and has a strong focus on working with Asian Ultra-High-Net-Worth financial backers and institutional capital partners. Prior to joining Colliers International, Joseph served as the Managing Director of CBRE Taiwan, where he oversaw a team of 200 people working across several business lines. Joseph has been the go-to-individual for his Asian customers, interfacing the appropriate experts to provide top tier practises and master advice, and to deliver outstanding value for his customers, thanks to his understanding of Asian customers' needs in various stages of property ownership and his broad administration experiences across a range of mastery. He has successfully worked with seaward and coastal Asian customers to grow as well as strip their land portfolio in Australia, owing to his exceptional abilities in Architecture and Project Management, his excellent experiences in global exchanges, and his language capacities in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. Since joining Colliers International in mid-2018, Joseph has successfully implemented over $240 million in resources for his Asian clientele. The resource classifications span from office, inn, private development site, and shopping complex across Australia's major cities, demonstrating Joseph's ability to collaborate with neighbourhood partners and subject experts in delivering results for his consumers.
