B&S Land was formed in 1999 to solely specialise in advising and assisting our Clients in the sale of greenfield development land. 

 

With 80 years combined experience, the team at B&S Land of Frank Nagle, Andrew Egan and Callum Williamson have a second-to-none understanding of development land, from its planning nuances, its engineering constraints and ultimately, its value regime and buyer pool. 

 

Our extensive national and international buyer database, recent sales knowledge, research sponsorship and active involvement with industry groups such as UDIA (Urban Development Institute) ensures that we are always up to date with government planning policies, industry practices and more importantly, contemporary land sale values and the active buyers in the market.
