Michael Fitzgerald BSc PVM, DIP PM is a qualified and experienced Commercial and Industrial Property Consultant with many years of international experience. Seeking a career in commercial agency he graduated in 2007 with B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Property Valuation & Management and subsequently undertook a Diploma in Project Management.
Michael commenced his career with O’Donnell Property Consultants where he assisted with acting on behalf of private landowners in compulsory purchase acquisitions and challenging local authority rating valuations.
He subsequently moved overseas and undertook an asset management role for several years with CBRE managing in excess of 100,000sqm of commercial assets across office, industrial and retail sectors. Drawn to a career in commercial and industrial sales and leasing he worked with Ray White Commercial before joining Alliance Commercial.
Michael brings with him his extensive international commercial property knowledge, client relationship management skills and keen desire to continue to be a top performer within the industry.
Michael's passions extend to playing acoustic & electric guitar, rugby union, bush walking, yoga and personal/professional development.
