My wife Cas and I own and operate DMSPS, a true boutique property management firm (Dedicated Management Services Property Solutions). We limit the amount of properties we manage because we recognise that as a team, we both want to provide comprehensive and individualised service to each and every one of them, which implies there's a limit to how thin we can spread ourselves. This allows us to be completely "hands on" with each and every property. In addition to DMSPS, I own and operate Fine-Crete Pty Ltd, which specialises in property maintenance and small building projects.
